I Need Suspension Upgrade Advise

I am in the midst of replacing all steering and suspension. I was told that when you replace the cv joints you should replace the axle assemblies. Is this true?

Also,
What would be a good suspension upgrade. I'm a spirited driver and don't mind a stiff suspension, but I just don't want any rattles.

if u got the money get coilovers with adjustable dampering

or if u still don't want to sacrifice much of the ride quality, but want the features of better handeling and the lower look effect, u can always get H&R sport springs. there $217 on hopupracing.com

Also if your worried about rattles get some polyurathane bushes.
