What you don't see is, next to the Coke can in the bottom right, a can of Doctor Pepper, and next the the Doctor Pepper is an over-eager, slighly cross-eyed Dad with his excitable 3 year old son, some masking tape, and a pot of almost-yellow posterpaint saying

"Well son, What's the worst that can happen.....?"
