Can anybody suggest where I can get one from?

Ebay seem to sell a lot but I'm not sure whether they are just for parts etc rather than repair manuals or CD's

One of the best sources for service manuals is Bentley Publishers. They have lots of info and even an Audi technical discussion site.

Yes. My Bentley's has been very valuable. Worth the money.
