WHAT MIGHT BE CAUSING MY ABS & BRAKE LIGHT TO STAY ON. I JUST HAD THE BRAKES DONE AND BRAKE FLUID IS FULL. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO BEFORE BRINGING IT TO A DEALERSHIP.

My brother-in-law had this same problem on his 2000 Jetta. There is this little plastic switch under the brake pedal. His broke and stayed pushed in, we researched it on-line and it cost him $15.00 bucks....try that before you go to a dealer I know they'll rape you on the repair fees...

I had the same thing on my 1998 S4 and it turned out to be the ABS ECU that was broken. I had it reconditioned for £300, as a new one from Audi includes the entire ABS pump and costs £800 +labour.
