hey everone, i'm new here, and i own a 98 audi a4 2.8l quattro and i'm only 17. so bare with me. i bought this car for 12500 and it has 90000mi. not to bad but i am having some trouble with my braking. the abs light keeps comming on and off on the dash. and the front rotors shake a lot when i get on the brakes. so if anyone has any advice on wat i can do please let me no. thanx

The ABS light going on/off is normal, depending on driving conditions. It will flash on when your loose traction. Sounds like you may need new rotors, or at least have them spun down. If they are the originals with 90K miles, you'll probably have to replace them.

i appreciate u replying to my brake prob. but the abs lights come on the dash even when i am standing still. so i honestly don't think it's my driving. if u have any more info on this topic please let me no. oh yea, if u have any ideas of performance mods for my car please let me no. i'm thinking of getting a 1.5-2 in. spring drop and a greddy g2 cat-bac exhaust system. well anyways thanx.
