My remote normally close my window and sun roof by hold ing down button one until they are close. After the car return from the mechanic only the key can close the windows and sun roof. The remote only close the door. Can you please tell me how to correct this. Also what type of alarm I might have. The remote have mpt 1340 W.T. Licence exempt Model sm471-2 written on it. NB. 1995 Audi A4
