I have a 1999 A4 1.8T and my hazard relay switch has gone out. I want to replace it myself but am having a problem. Where the hazard button is located their is a plastic grid that surrounds the whole panel down to the stereo, I've tried and I can pull it off a little at the top and bottom but in the middle it is very tight. Is it worth the risk to try and pull this off? Will the grid break on me? Is the middle connected by snaps witch pull out or is screwed in? These are my questions if anyone can help please respond.
