What does Quattro mean?? and my mile guage says 1in2 or something like that.. does that mean anything? also my radio says "SAFE" does that mean the car alarm is working and the car is safe??

Thanks its a 96 A4 with a V6 and a 5 speed Quattro (whatever that means)

quattro = all wheel drive

safe = radio is in safe mode - will no work until you input the code
