Hi All,
I've just got a Draper service/airbag reset tool, & it got 2 connectors supplied with it!
I've tried plugging it in to the socket next to the rear ashtray & it lights up etc, but nothing gets reset!
The other connector has 2 leads with 4 prongs, should I be plugging that in somewhere instead!
The cars I'm trying to use it on are: 1996 A4 1.8 20V & a 1998 2.8 V6 Quattro!
I've tried contacting the manufacture with not much joy!
Thanks!

Do you have a standard Audi radio? If not remove it as the radio will stuff up the K line. You are plugged in to the right connector, as there is only one. Make sure the ignition is turned on.

Thanks for the replt Alistair,
The 1.8 has got an aftermarket Sony unit, so I'll disconect it & see if that works!
The Quattro has got the Audi Bose system, but I'm trying to clear the air bag light on that one!
