Cd Changer Hookup?

I'm wanting to install an OEM CD Changer in my 1998 Audi A4. I have a factory "Delta" stereo with CD options - just no CD player in the trunk. The dealership and the manuals tell me it's "pre-wired" for a CD player, but I can't locate the hookup. I don't want to purchase a changer on EBay if I don't know where and what type of hook up I have. Can anyone assist?

try looking under the side carpeting on the drivers side of your trunk, i removed mine when i installed a new system and mine was located there

Thanks! Right on target. I assume it's the round cable marked "Dephi?" There was another listed as "telefon" and my two semesters of college German came in handy there.
