I m in the process of purchasing a 2001 A4 1.8t quattro and when u floor the car there is a little delay from 1st to 2nd then it just takes off....is that normal?

is it not good?...can someone tell me anything about the car, i read on one of the posts that the tiptronic for 99 is no good....is that the same for 2001?

its a 2001 A4 1.8T quattro with 31,000kms/19,375miles i think i did the math right and its auto super clean no accidents for $22,900cad by the way i m from Vancouver B.C.

i'm sure its fine.. just sounds like a little turbo lag. that can be fixed with a chip.

if i were you i would get the car looked at and i dont mean just a quick look i mean actually taking stuff off and looking inside because i had your same problem with my 2.8 and it ended up me paying alot of money to get it fixed my car has been in the shop for almost a week now trying to get all the parts i need but overall the car you want is good
