New Quad Pipe exhaust and bumper for Q7 Sline - Any advice

the rear bumper needs a respray so I'd thought I'd get a new rear bumper with openings for 2 x double pipe exhaust simular to the below

I have emailed the above for prices.

I also took a look on milltek but they only do 2 large exhausts instead of the 4.

any ideas or has any one had this done?
