Q7 4.2 engine tuning

Hi all, i been spending a good few hours trying to catch up on all the news having become the owner of a new 2007 4.2 Q7. Frankly speaking i was split between this and a Cayenne turbo and the family man inside me won...

...but since then i came across several news articles from 2006 of tuning the standard 350hp up to numbers like 500HP+!?!...

and hence this thread, has anyone taken this path and tuned their Q7 (i mean 4.2 V8 petrol) engine?

Im seriously interested to learn more and find out if its actually successful. If it works, I will never think of the porsche again!
