Have the 3L TDi (240Bhp) and love it. It’s more economical then the 2.5L Touareg we had before. Goes like a rocket 20,000 kms on the original tyres and reckon they are about half way. Went with a lot of extras when ordering, yes it was expensive but you get what you pay for.

Easier to get into and get out of compare to Cayenne. Bigger rear door. Much better looking dash than Cayenne. Maybe it doesnt perform as good as a Turbo or Bi Turbo Cayenne but its good. We dont complaint.

Well, I have a 3.0 TDI and I'm really satisfied. Fuel economy is OK (10.5 l/100km), it's comfortable, beautiful both inside and outside (at least to my taste), drives really well (for a car this size).

Cons: engine is just a little weak (I'm arranging a chiptuning next week) and surprising lack of space in glove and other compartments... since I installed AMI in the armrest, I really have no room to put stuff in...

I used to own a 2001 A6 2.5TDi Quattro and Q7 is a much better car. A friend/coworker has a 2008 A6 3.0 TDI and I must admit it's a little better in driving characteristics, but being lower and a few hundred kilos lighter that is to be expected. Otherwise, I like my Q7 better.

Default ESP Failure

After 2 wks, 2008 Q7 wouldn't start the engine and showed error "ESP Failure". Anyone knows why?
