Loss of low end engine power on 3.0tdi

I have a 6 week old 3.0tdi S-Line. The engine will not pick up when in 4th or 5th gear when rpm is low at 1100/1200 abd doint 30/35mph, it's as if the gearbox is in the wrong gear, engine very slowly picks up untill turbo kicks in at 1600/1700 rpm.
Has anyone had this problem or has any ideas ??
Dealer says there is nothing wrong, but there demonstator is not like it ?

My 3.0TDI s-line is exactly the same, they tell me it is normal with this type of gearbox (a couple of mates with A8 have the same complaint)very frustrating but is better if driven in sport mode all the time at least you can get some power on and not end up momentarily stranded in the middle of a roundabout.

Hi, My car is going into dealership on Wednesday for 2 days and they are going to reload all gearbox and engine software. I will let you know what happens. They said they have had an A8 but have solved the problem on it. Regards Braddy
