audi allroad knocking on full lock

knocking noise onfull lock on pulling off feels like transmition front wheels seem to skip like a diff fault any suggestions

Is it a manual or automatic, If it's an auto there's a tec solution out for changing the oil in the torsion, manuals is different, I had a customer with similar noise and when compared with 3 other manuals the all seem to do it
