Sat Nav does not find where I am

Hi all...Great forum Keep up the good work

Can you please help me... I've just brought a 07 Audi Q7 S Line with the sat nav package.. about two weeks ago... lovely car, drives well ..

BUT

My sat nav dont seem to work!!!!!!!!! What I mean is that where ever I am on the road it never seems to be in the same place..... say if I'm on the M25 going south the map will say some were else

like 20 miles away!!!.. I've done a factory reset on the nav and cleaned the disc.. but it still does the same thing.. some times if I turn the nav on when I'm driving it will pick up the correct road but then goes off road over fields or though rivers!!!!!!

plz plz help.......

Press the bottom left soft button on the nav when a map is displayed and check how many satelites you are picking up, sounds like none.

Did you ever find out how to fix the issue with the Sat Nav location?
