Default DVD Satnav and blutooth update

Allroad 2.7T 2004

Have just had Craigyb fit the Audi bluetooth to my original RNS-E Multi media Sat nav.
The Bluetooth phone system wasn't available when I bought the car new and I didn't spec any phone system. My dealer said no form of retro fit would ever be available for Audis - this retro fit works perfectly and included the correct Audi roof mic. etc!
Also, at last the 2007 Audi DVD disc includes all the TMC Codes for the UK.

Hi, be interested in details of the upgrade of the bluetooth and SatNav as I have the same issue. Do you have any more info you can send me or post here? Is the upgrade straight forward and what bluetooth features do you get supported through the MMI interface? thanks

Default DVD and bluetooth upgrade

Hi MrP - sorry for the delay, Audi Bluetooth module allows all the MMI "telephone" features + voice activation, if you have the multifunction steering wheel this allows scrolling through diectories etc it is the best in car bluetooth system I have had, I tried three aftermarket systems which were useless.
DVD upgrade allows all TMC functions and just means buying the latest NAV DVD
