Question Driver & passenger seat back panel removal-ALLROAD

Does anybody know how to remove the back panel on an Allroad, we are having some TV headrests fitted and need to get the wires in the back of the seats, Audi have sold us the clips and said there are two clips at the bottom (back) of the seat only, then the panel will drop down wards - on trying to do this the whole of the back panel appears to want to come away and we are concerned about the airbag contained inside..
Any ideas or diagrams would be really useful - any links to panel removal website would be great too.
many thanks

Sarah
