Default Door switch location?

I have a 2001 Allroad, today I started having a problem where the car doesn't think that the drivers door is closed. I looked around for the door switch but I can't seem to find it.

Is it integrated into the latching mechanism?

Does anyone have any tips on troubleshooting or fixing this problem?

Hello, I think the switch it is into the mechanism. You must detach the door panel.
