Cruise control & 2389 error

Ciao,
I was trying to fit cruise control on my allroad.I bought all parts required and fit in the car. After I was trying to enable the cruise on the ECU car's using an OBD audi tester. They told me to digit the 11463 code, but after I did, I saw the 2389 error code on the dashboard. Now the 2389 code is permanently on the odometer and thre is no way to remove it.
A big help is needed!!

Go to CRUISE CONTROL module / TEMPOMAT steuergerät problems / defect / repair 5GA004397 -16 -11 / VDO 83.601 / 5GA00507000 / SAAB8587011601 problemen / defekt / reparieren they repair cruise control (Tempomat) systems.

thanks a lot, but the problem is on the dashboard: I think I have broken it...there is no way to repair. I have to go to a specialist
