Unhappy

I have a 2002 allroad 2.7T with manual transmission and I was driving on the highway and hit a wolf! There was some front grill damage that was repaired. Since getting the car back a few days ago, the ESP has not been working properly. I normally have it set on the 3rd level up and when I got the car it was at the bottom level and intermittently drops down. I noticed that it didn't automatically lower and raise when I was driving on the highway and then after I got off the highway. The ESP icon stays lit on the dashboard.

Any ideas?
