looking at a 2002 S8

I'm looking at buying a 2002 S8 with about 90.000 miles on it.
is there anything particular i have to look for in this car before buying other then the normal stuff.
is the S more expensive to fis and service, or about the same as the A.

Make sure the cambelt was changed at 80K, also the water pump is prone to failure, most people get both swapped around 80K
