Audi Music Interface ( retrofit) intallation

I have ordered an AMI unit ( 4E0 035 785 ) and Power/Optical cables ( 4F0 051 592) to retrofit in a MY 2006 A8
Allready have MMI software update 4220 and have VAG com available to change any settings.

Are there any installation guidelines available on the forum?
Is it plug and play for the cabling or do I need expert to fit?

There is a full retro fit kit from audi avaliable,basically 12 volt,k wire and most bus leads plus a bit of code changing for media positions.

Do you know what I have to change with VAG- COM to be able to use CD and AMI together?

Goto 19 gateway and enable media position 2.
