A8 (03/2005) Sat Nav lock-up

Hi,
I've just had delivered my nearly new A8 - and almost immediately the Sat-nav has locked up. It is a 2007 disc. it plans a route but the position seems to be stuck.Have pulled the fuse in the boot for the navigation and "cleaned" the disc but to no avail - am pretty pissed off with what is otherwise a great car.
Any ideas appreciated.

Apart from sending it back to where you got it or is the vehicle still under warranty, have a word with a guy called Craigyb. He's on Tyre Smoke Network - TSN and a few other sites. The stuff he can do must be witchcraft!
