Returning car off lease

I leased an 02 A8 that I now have to return. I live in northern NJ. I leased the car with 19,500 miles for four years and 48K miles. The car has 60K miles on it now. The residual is just over 22K, so I am going to return it. Any help with regard to strategy on the return is appreciated. I have nothing to hide, the car is in good shape, all maintenance done at Audi under the CPO warranty. Tires could prolly be replaced, but may pass muster. I just dont want to be dinged by Audi on the return. Any experiences returning cars off lease that you care to share would be appreciated. TIA
