My Nokia Car Telephone

what should I do with my car Nokia Telephone , is there a way to change the integrated Nokia telephone with the car System to be Function as the original one by answering Via Steering button, is there a possibility to change.?
i mean that i have the Nokia 3100 the oreginal one comes with the car but its very poor telephone in fuctioning plus that the steering button some time dose not answer when you press it imediatly! unliss you press before the ringing tone become in the speakers..... is there a way to install in the car a new modle with integrated functions by answering via steering button or it has to be throughout the delar agency.....
