Audi a3 fsi se year 2004 fan problem (Help)

Hello ,
I have got a warning light come up, its the emission light.
Trouble codes say fan is obstructed or jamed but there is nothing jamed ?
also something with lambda sensor ?
If i put the wrong fuses in the wrong place will this light come up ?
The reason i ask is because after i messed around with the fusebox the emission light came on!
I would be gratefull if somebody would be able to shed a bit of light on this
