s3 questions??

i have just bought an s3 and iv got a few questions.
It is a 2001 (x) and it has facelift lights does this mean it will have 225bhp, i couldnt find the bhp anywhere in the owners manual.

Sometimes on full lock or nearly full lock it sounds like the wheels are rubbing, i have checked the wheels (they are standard) and i cant see that they could possibly rub!? I was thinking maybe the power steering pump may be noisy?

Last of all, somebody told me that i would not need to let the turbo cool down before turning the engine of is this true or should i take the same care as a normal turbo engine? Sometimes when i have just turned the engine off there is what sounds like an electric motor running (not cooling fan), could this be connected?

I will apreciate any advise.

dear S3 pal, I had one of those dated a 2003 model. I do not think that the lights have anything to do with the engine output. The facelift came way later. Maybe its previous owner liked them and bought a pair! The rubbing is curious but there are so many thinks that could cause that... is it running on normal wheels and stock suspension???

The wheels and suspension are both standard it sounds like wheels rubbing but i cant see any way that they can be?? It has also just had an mot so i would have thought that they would have picked anything major up then. Im going to get it serviced at the end of the month so il get it looked at then.
Just another quick question that somebody may be able to help me with, im looking for a black leather arm rest, i have looked on ebay and cant find one. Would i be able to get one from a main dealer?
