Just Bought A Audi A3 1.8 Sport

just bought a audi 1.8 sport, havent seen it yet, husbands gone to england to buy it, cant wait to see it, looks great, any info on these cars would be great, anything i need to know?? its petrol how many mpg does it do? any common problems?? please let me know, cheers from a happy bunny, x

Is the car the T (turbo) sport model youve bought and what year model ??

Mpg expect between 20- 25 round town 30 ish on motorway ..

Common problems= brake light switch can go , Track control arms wear on front.

Normally a very reliable Audi which will do high mileage easily as long as service schedules maintained

its not a turbo, its an injection, and the year is p 1997, it has got full audi services and stamped this car has been looked after very well, 6 months tax 12 months mot and it a dream car, it has a t lock fitted buy audi which makes a noise when driving so might have this removed, what do u think, its on its way over here at the moment from the uk, so i havent ven seen it yet, im going on my husbands word, thanks for the info on them and ill keep on eye on those things, when i have it back here i will post a photo of it on the garage part, thats once ive worked out how to do it.
