S3 Problems

Hello everyone.

I have owned my S3 for a couple of months now and have come across a problem. when pulling away there is a loud noise (Sounds like Marbles in a tin), does anybody know what this may be?. Also when idle the car sounds very loud almost like a diesel any suggestions there?.

This is all new to me so help would be most appriciated.

Hi

Does the noise come from the engine or wheels?

Nick,

Mine does the same its nothing to worry about at all. Every engine is different obviously.

Does it make a slight purring noise when its first started?
