autobahn kent is on a distinguished road
Default no heat coming out of climate control

we have a 1999 t 1.8 se a4,with climate control the fan blower is working fine you can adjust the temp up and down and fan speed but you cant adjust the vents and its totaly stone cold air blowing out,ive checked fuses etc,and even with the temp set at 30,and the fans flat out,and the aircon fans on constant unless you switch the econ button in but theres still no heat at all,the car runs fine no water loss no over heating and all the pipes going to the heater matrix are hot in and out can any help with any ideas thanks just
