audi a2 abs fault

can anybody give me some advise the abs light brake warning light & the audible warning are on i have had a diagnostic check by a garage he saya there could be a fault with the angle steering sensor any idea's this is a 2001/2002 audi a2 1400

It is a possibility but you need to see the diagnosis print out for fault codes, overall this ABS system is pretty reliable.
