Rattling Passenger Window

My 2001 A2 has developed a rattling from the front passenger window. It only occurs when the window is fully closed, if the window is open, the rattling dissapears. Has anyone else the same problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

try a new rubber strip around it, the old one is probably all dried out
