hi, both are good cars, my wife has an A2 1.4 and i have an A6 2.5 tdi both give 40 mpg (normal driving) A2 great round town, the only problem with it is the A piller is very thick and you fined yourself looking round it. We drove A2 1.4 petrol and 1.4 tdi for me the tdi drove better but we got the petrol only because you got more goodies with it (wifes you know how they are)

If you go for the A2 go for 1.6 fsi =110 bhp or the 1.4 tdi 90 bhp, dont get 1.4 tdi =75 bhp the same power as the petrol as they are a little under power.
The A2 storms are just bright colors red, blue, yellow. (mini mpv)

For me it has to be an A6 its a all new ball game, its a bigger car but dos'nt feel it we move the A2 out of the way so we can get the A6 out even when going to town and its fast gave my brother a run for his money in his MG ZT 190+ both hiting 140
and his words were, there was no way i was catching him and no way he was getting away and it p$%* him off, so i p%&* him off even when i told him my my trip computer says i was returning 40mpg! he was not a happy man.

All i can say is GET AN A6. cheers

Eh?

I drove both 1.4 petrol and 1.4TDI 75 and found the petrol to be gutless and in need of a real thrashing to get anywhere. Around town it was bordering on painful (does nothing at low revs). In the end I bought the 1.4TDI 75 and I am so impressed with it's performance in the real world, where it wallops the 1.4 petrol
