electric window help

hi all newbie here
I have owned a amazon green audi coupe 2.0
for about 3 years now been pretty much trouble free

the windows would only work now and again
but now they have completely packed in
I want to get to the bottom of it as its annoying in the hot weather

both windows dont work so that must cancel the motor out
wiring behind the rubber door boot look fine

I cant seem to get the door panel off at all its solid
and I cant seem to find a fuse for the windows
I was told it was under the steering wheel but I can only
find 1 relay number 30

fixed it I took the 363 relay out from underneath the steering wheel quite a large relay

I took it apart and found 3 cold joints on the solder
I re soldered them and they work perfect now
saved myself some money

I don't have much idea about it
