How do you get to Audi 90 Dash Speakers?

I have a '93 90s and am looking to replace all the speakers with an upgrade i'm working on. Does anyone know how to get to those speakers in the dash? i've seen some pics of completed projects, but no how to. Plus, if anyone can clue me in on pulling door panels from the rear, i'd appreciate it too.
