I have a 1995 Audi 90 Quatto. Its a 2.8 V-6 Mated with a 5 speed manual transmission.
Background: 192,000 miles, everything was smooth. Took it to a stone parking lot and whipped a donut in first gear revving about 5,000 rpm. Grinding noise proceeded to follow in the rear end of the car. You can't hear it from the outside, only when you drive. You can deffinatly notice it while revving the car out. I rotated my tired today so I inspected everything i could. I saw no fresh metal so I'm at a loss where this scrapping/grinding noise is coming from. Does anyone have any Idea what I did to my car? |
