K&N Induction Kit

Hi. I have a problem with my coupe 2.3 20v. When cruising at about 50mph the car feels like the brakes are slightly on every now and then, it feels like it is pulling back slightly. The car is fitted with a K&N Induction kit could this have anything to do with it if it isn,t set up properly,is there anything i could adjust to stop this happening or could it be something else completely different. Thanks

Hi i have same car as you with induction kit, that will have nothing to do with that mate. Ive had mine for a year now running fine.kev

U should try a guy called 'Siena' on the Performance VW mag forum, he has a couple of Audis, plus a Coupe, he knows everythin when it comes to Audis.

Where did you find that kit? Pretty much everyone who owns one of these cars knows that they are wicked hard to find aftermarket parts for.

I've got a 2.0 16v coupe and i've the same problem, which i have found to be an air leak. if you lift the bonnet you should hear a hissing sound.

I got my kit off ebay a while back dont know if they still do them.Their is a site called reiger.com that do bodykits but there expensive. Got my lowering kit from G.MAX 40mm drop. Straight through exhaust system from LONGLIFE. K&N induction kit and a power boost valve from DEMON TWEEKS. The pics of my car are are quite old its all preped and primed now ready for the bodyshop. Hope this helps.
