my 1990 audi 90 20v quattro is a bit sick its running badly at low revs when i get them up over about 3500 it runs fine and then when the engine tem warms up the problem seems to go away? I cant afford to take it to a garage and am hoping the problem is only something minor that i can fix myself with some help has anyone got any ideas as to what my problem could be? should i just go 4 a full service and hope that cures it?

Hi, its simple to do if you know which one it is. Theres normally a few screwed into the end of the cylinder head or block, one feeds the temp gauge, one the oil temp gauge and one the ecu. I'm not familiar with the 20v so can't assist with exact location. By disconnecting them in turn you can usually tell which is which.
