Question hi new here and need some help

Hi i just got a 1990 audi 100 and the other night my dash lights stopped working ive checked the fuses and relays and there good
but now my Reveres lights stay on when i have the lights on evan when i put it in drive and theres a clicking noise when i turn on my lights it sounds like a relay but its not coming from the fuse box its coming from under the dash

check the voltage stabilizer located behind the instrument panel in the dash board. its usually the culprit.
