Default AUDI 80 Water Loss Problems

AUDI 80 2.0L 16V LOOSING WATER FROM HEADER TANK,WHITE SMOKE FROM EXHAUST POSSIBLY HEAD GASKET DON,T REALLY KNOW.I HAVE'NT THRASHED IT FOR AGES,NO SIGNS OF OVERHEATING BEFORE I NOTICED THE PROBLEM,ANY IDEAS ON DIAGNOSING MY PROBLEM. GREATFULL FOR ANY IDEAS

That is all the signs of a Blown Head Gasket. A head retorque usually is a decent temporary fix (but thats all it is, temporary). I would replace it if at all possible.
