Hi
I am trying to fit new alternator belt to my 1994 audi 80 1.9tdi. I cant slacken the water pump to get the water pump/ power steering pump belt out of the way. I have slackened off the obvious bolts on the water pump, including the top swivel bolt, the adjuster bolt at the bottom( the one with the adjuster cog on it) and another one just below this. The pump is still rigid though. Is there another bolt or bolts to be undone. Or do I need to take the water pump pulley off? Cheers Brucem ![]() |
