Hi all, I have a '96 2.6E with a leak from the PAS pump (ZF) around a large cross-head bolt on the top of the pump which houses the pressure regulator spring. I've tried numerous different O ring seals (bacause that's what was in there) but they just keep failing and spraying fluid every where. Does anyone know what the right sort of seal is needed to fix this properly, the dealers don't list a part!!. Thanks in advance

Hi, thanks for your reply. That exactly what I ended up using, it took me a while but eventually I found one of those compressible copper sump plug washers to fit. There's still a very tiny weep but I haven't noticed any drop in the reservoir level for over three weeks. At least a copper one won't blow catastrophically....I hope.
