93 Audi Coupe 2.3 oil temp

Hi all,
New audi owner and member to the forum.

I have a 1993 2.3 10v coupe, NG engine No.
160k on the clock.

The car runs great, but I do have one minor issue,

The oil tempature only just lifts off the stop, not quite 60 degrees, even after a long run. The water temp sits about right at 90 degrees.

The oil pressure from cold is at 5 bar (seems high) and settles at about 3 bar at idle when warm, and sits at around 4.5 - at driving revs.

Is this anything to be conserned about?

Hi,

Am seeing similar to your oil pressure as well, Have you found out what is causing this yet?

Hi it,s perfectly normal you dont want your oil temp running high if it does then you got to worry,its fine,you got a healthy engine.
