No Dash Lights.....

Hey,

I have recently had all my interior lights including my dashboard trip out. I have read other forums concerning this matter and have gone over everything in my car, the license plate lights, glove box lights etc... Every time I place a new 5A fuse in the box and turn on my lights it trips... If there waws water in my fuse box surely it would trip most of my fuses? Please help!!!! Also I have recently purchased a new stereo only to find a tangle of wires? Do I need a wiring harness and if so how easy is tis to convert? and help wold be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
