I would be inclined to spray as much of the mechanism as is visible with something like a silicon lubricant.
Actually, if you remove the switch panel/interior light there should be a little allen crank that can be used to manually move the roof. Have a go with the manual override to see how stiff the mechanism is. You then have a decision point- is the mechanism stiff or is the motor/electrics weak. Good luck Keith |

Yeah I was planning on spraying some stuff into it night and see what happens. I'm thinking its the motor since it gets half way through or so quits and I have to let it rest for awhile then it starts working again.
