hiya, after an oil pump replacement i've got an overheating problem when idling and I wonder if my fans are turning in the right direction...

what is the direction of the air flow in your cars when radiator fans are running?

- from outside towards the engine?
- from the engine to the exterior?

many thanks!

The normal flow direction is from the outside of the car through the radiator then onto the engine. This is the direction of flow when the car is in motion. If the fans are blowing in the other direction try swapping the connections at the chassis end.

Good luck
