Questions About '93 90s Heater

I recently purchased a '93 90s. every thing seems to be working except for the heater. the engine temp gauge reads that the engine is warmed up but the air from the vents is still cold. the vents on the passenger and driver's side are a little warm but the center console vents are freezing. the defrost and floor settings are also cold. I was thinking it might have been the engine thermostat but I am not sure. if any one could give me any ideas that would be great.

is the heater matrix getting hot??? is the coolant level at the max mark on the expansion bottle? are the control levers all working correctly?-- yuo may have a air lock in the system-have you reversed flushed the system recently?--check all these then we'll start scratching are heads if you have no joy!!!!!!good luck
