hello again can any one help not getting far fast,my tdi is hunting on tikover all the time has any one had this problem and if so how do you solve it without buying a new pump ive took the timing selonoid out and cleaned it but no change this is realy doing my head in now please please help

Recently had the same problem but it ended up being a Diesel pump change.
Try the #3 injector. It has a sensor used by the ECU for engine fuel pump timing.

thankyou for that it turned out to be the timeing solonoind but still need to get a pump as the actuater has now gone
